Civil Engineering Completed Risks (CECR)
Comprehensive cover for civil engineering structures such as roads, runways, bridges, tunnels, dams, pipelines, sewer systems and other similar projects after completion
CECR grants comprehensive cover for civil engineering structures such as roads, runways, bridges, tunnels, dams, pipelines, sewer systems and other similar projects after their completion. The insurance covers risks stemming from local geological conditions, technical design of the structure, and the operation and use of the structure, where fire is not the predominant peril.

Contractors All Risks (CAR)
Comprehensive protection against physical loss or damage to the building in relation to contract works and other civil engineering works
CAR offers comprehensive protection against physical loss or damage to the building in relation to contract works and other civil engineering works; construction plant and equipment and/or construction machinery. This policy may be taken out for all buildings and civil engineering projects such as office/residential buildings, factory and power plant buildings, roads and bridges. It also provides “all risks” cover against any sudden, unforseen and accidental physical loss or damage to the insured contract works on the project site.

Electronic Equipment Insurance (EEI)
EEI provides accident insurance on an “all risks” basis, covering sudden and unforseen loss or damage which physically affect the insured equipment.
EEI provides accident insurance on an “all risks” basis, covering sudden and unforseen loss or damage which physically affect the insured equipment such as electronic data processing (EDP) and office equipment; communication and radio equipment; graphics industry equipment; broadcast and television equipment; and other miscellaneous electronic equipment (e.g., alarm systems, paging and signaling systems, laptop computers used in the business sector).
The cover can be extended to include the material value of the external data media used in computing facilities and the costs of reconstruction and restoring lost information. Likewise, cover can also be provided for expenses such as hire charges, transport charges for data media and personnel, expenses for accommodation away from base, and night work or work on public holidays.

Erection All Risks (EAR)
EAR offers full protection against the risks involved in the erection of machinery, plant and any steel structures and electro-mechanical works.

Sudden, unforeseen and accidental physical loss or damage occurring to the insured contract works on the project site can be indemnified. The EAR policy may also include testing/commissioning and maintenance period.
This product provides a supplementary Third Party Liability (TPL) that covers third party property damage and/or bodily injury that occurs in connection with the execution of the project.

Machinery Breakdown Insurance (MBI)
Machinery Breakdown Insurance (MBI) covers machinery, mechanical equipment and apparatus against accidental breakdown.
Machinery Breakdown Insurance (MBI) covers machinery, mechanical equipment and apparatus against accidental breakdown. MBI provides cover whether the insured property is at work or at rest or being dismantled for the purpose of cleaning, overhauling or repairs at the Insured’s premises and in the course of subsequent re-erection.
